TELLME H is a combination of Telmisartan 40 mg + Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg. Telmisartan relaxes blood vessels, while Hydrochlorothiazide helps remove excess salt and water. Together, they effectively lower blood pressure and reduce swelling. It is commonly used when single-drug therapy is not enough for proper BP management.
