VIGIL-NT is used for the effective management of neuropathic pain. Each uncoated tablet contains Gabapentin 400 mg + Nortriptyline Hydrochloride (equivalent to Nortriptyline 10 mg). Gabapentin helps stabilize overactive nerve signals, while Nortriptyline supports pain modulation and improves sleep. This combination is commonly used in diabetic neuropathy and other nerve-related conditions, helping reduce discomfort and improve overall quality of life.
