POSITAZ 2.25 GM Injection is a combination injectable antibiotic containing Piperacillin 2 g and Tazobactam 250 mg per vial. Piperacillin is a penicillin-class antibacterial agent, while tazobactam is a beta-lactamase inhibitor that enhances the antibacterial activity of piperacillin against susceptible bacteria.
