Product Description

TEXAHEM-MF Tablets contain Tranexamic Acid 500 mg and Mefenamic Acid 250 mg, combining an antifibrinolytic agent with a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID).

The combination is used in the management of heavy menstrual bleeding associated with menstrual pain, when clinically appropriate. Tranexamic Acid helps reduce excessive menstrual blood loss, while Mefenamic Acid provides analgesic and anti-inflammatory activity.

The product is supplied as a 10 × 10 Alu-Alu blister pack containing 100 tablets.

Therapeutic Uses

TEXAHEM-MF may be prescribed for:

• Heavy menstrual bleeding
• Heavy menstrual bleeding associated with menstrual pain
• Menstrual cramps/dysmenorrhea where an NSAID is clinically appropriate
